Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a visionary VP of Enterprise Strategy to co-lead the Strategy and Transformation Office. You will steer corporate strategy development, competitive intelligence, and enterprise-wide initiatives, directing a small in-house consulting team and partnering with Enterprise BU leaders.

You will set a clear vision, align priorities across the organization, and drive execution across cross-functional programs, ensuring rigorous strategy processes and stakeholder engagement

Responsibilities

• Perform management responsibilities including hiring decisions, coaching, and performance management.
• Lead development of the Enterprise Strategy and coordinate across the STO and strategy office.
• Lead a team of strategy consultants on priority initiatives sponsored by the Executive Leadership Team.
• Collaborate with STO leadership to map the transformation roadmap and drive execution.
