Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a savvy communications professional to support the CEO’s most visible moments.

You will shape narrative strategy and craft messages for fireside chats, earnings remarks, podcasts, media interviews, and company-wide meetings while staying ahead of outside conversations. You’ll monitor external narratives, keep a living bank of messaging, and ensure the CEO’s voice remains consistent across appearances.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in executive communications, speechwriting, corporate communications, journalism, or a similar field.

Responsibilities

• Shape narrative strategy and turn it into CEO messaging for fireside chats, earnings remarks, podcasts, media interviews, and meetings.
• Monitor external narratives across news, social platforms, podcasts, newsletters, and analyst commentary.
• Maintain a calendar of messaging and ensure consistency of the CEO’s voice across appearances.
• Draft cue cards, talk tracks, scripts, and prep materials for deadlines and evolving stories.
• Prepare the CEO for media interviews: research outlets, build key messages, and capture takeaways.
