Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Visual Narrative & Messaging Expert to translate complex product roadmaps into clear, compelling visuals for executives, customers, and partners.

You will own the messaging playbook, standardize asset libraries, and collaborate with leadership to drive narratives across presentations, assets, and campaigns. The role requires a deep background in content strategy, design, and storytelling for software platforms.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years experience in messaging, storytelling for software, platform or services business.
• 8+ years in creative and visual design.
• Expert in Google Slides, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.
• Excellent experience in video editing.
• Strong relationship builder: proven track record of building trust across teams to surface Customer Success stories.

Responsibilities

• Translate vision and complex technical roadmaps into cohesive, audience-specific visual experiences.
• Standardize visual delivery by creating and managing a reusable asset and content library.
• Partner with leadership to drive key narratives via speaking engagements and assets for internal and external audiences.
• Streamline creative workflows with leadership to ensure on-time delivery and on-target messaging for presentations and assets.
• Act as strategic creative partner, designing high-quality presentations, assets, and imagery; provide art direction when needed.
