Nash is seeking a seasoned Head of Corporate Communications to shape how the company is understood outside sales. Report to the Chief Growth Officer and collaborate with the CEO to craft a distinctive external voice. You’ll lead a small, senior team and build a proactive, AI-native communication program.

Ideal candidates have senior in-house or agency experience, proven analyst relations, and strong journalism instincts. Bay Area hybrid or US remote options are available.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in communications with in-house leadership at a high-growth B2B technology company or senior agency experience.
• Built or led an analyst relations program for a complex enterprise platform.
• Real relationships with business, technology and trade press and a track record of placing stories.
• Prepared C-level executives as spokespeople.
• Uses Claude (or equivalent LLM) for deep research beyond copy editing.
• Exceptional writing with strong opinions and discretion to hear all viewpoints.

Aufgaben

• Own Nash's corporate narrative across press, analysts, customers, partners and our own team.
• Build and manage our media program across business, technology and trade outlets.
• Develop analyst relations from scratch to establish autonomic logistics as a category.
• Prepare CEO and senior leaders as spokespersons with a clear voice.
• Own internal communications so the team hears news first.
• Turn customer wins into public proof with verifiable calculations.
• Own issues, crisis management, speaking, awards and agency relationships.
