Job summary

Procore Technologies seeks a Senior Manager, Executive Communications - Product & Technology to partner with the President of P&T. You will shape voice and messaging for internal and external audiences, supporting leadership forums, meetings, and external thought leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in executive/internal communications, preferably in fast-growing tech or public companies.
• Proven experience advising C-level executives and technical leaders with discretion.
• Exceptional storytelling and ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary communications partner to the President of Product & Technology, shaping voice and messaging across internal and external platforms.
• Lead development of keynote presentations for internal and external events.
• Develop cohesive internal comms strategy for P&T, drafting communications authored by the President including Town Halls and organizational updates.
• Partner with Brand, PR, and Social teams to activate a thought leadership platform for P&T and select product leaders (AI, technical excellence).
• Translate enterprise strategy into actionable narratives for technical teams; help employees connect their work to broader goals.
• Provide communications counsel for leadership transitions and organizational changes in P&T.
