Job summary

Procore seeks a Senior Strategic Product Consultant to advance our Financial Management and Resource Management offerings for Specialty Contractors. You’ll combine a consultative mindset with construction-industry knowledge to advise clients and realize long-term value from Procore’s platforms.

You’ll partner with Project Managers and Customer Success Engineers to assess processes and goals, guiding SOPs, rollout strategies, and training while traveling up to 50% to client sites and events.

Qualifications

• Construction industry professional with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience as Project Director/PM/Construction Manager.
• Experience managing project financials (budget, general conditions, forecasting, profit).
• Experience managing contracts, change orders, and invoices.
• Experience with resource management (time tracking, productivity, labor planning).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with Project Managers to deliver services assessing goals and processes to create solutions.
• Work with Customer Success to deliver ongoing services for process improvement and value realization.
• Interpret, consult, and enhance client strategic goals and outcomes.
• Develop strategy for client operational needs.
• Advise on SOPs, training strategies, and rollout execution.
