Job summary

Procore seeks a Senior Manager, Executive Communications for Product & Technology to shape and execute internal and external communications for the P&T organization. You will align product, engineering, and design messaging with leadership priorities and support external thought leadership efforts.

This high-impact role partners with Brand, PR, and Social teams to ensure Procore's innovation narrative resonates in the market while guiding leadership communications and organizational change

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in executive and internal communications, preferably in high-growth tech companies.
• Proven experience advising C-level executives and technical leaders with discretion.
• Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary communications partner to the President of Product & Technology, shaping voice and messaging across internal and external platforms.
• Lead development of keynote presentations for internal and external events.
• Develop cohesive internal comms strategy for the P&T organization, including Town Halls and leadership forums.
• Partner with Brand, PR, and Social teams to activate a thought leadership platform for P&T and product leaders.
