Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience
• At least 5 years of communications experience
• Experience supporting enterprise software, digital products, or tech-adjacent business units
• Proven track record using internal data, sentiment, and metrics to shape strategies
• Experience advising senior leaders and managing communications through strategic shifts

Responsibilities

• Design and execute internal communications strategies that support business goals using feedback and metrics
• Partner with senior leaders to craft executive communications and align objectives with messaging
