Job summary

Procore seeks a Senior Manager, Executive Communications for Product & Technology, based in Austin. You will partner with the President of P&T to craft messaging internal and external to drive clarity and engagement across product, engineering, and design teams, and to advance Procore’s external thought leadership.

You’ll own the P&T voice, prepare for meetings, and shape content for events and leadership forums while collaborating with Brand, PR, and Social teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of executive and internal communications experience.
• Proven experience advising C-level executives and technical leaders.
• Exceptional storytelling translating complex technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary communications partner to the President of Product & Technology; shape voice and messaging.
• Lead development of keynote presentations for internal and external events.
• Develop internal comms strategy; draft communications including Town Halls and leadership updates.
• Partner with Brand, PR, and Social teams for thought leadership in AI and tech.
• Translate enterprise strategy into actionable narratives for technical teams.
• Provide communications counsel for leadership transitions and organizational changes.
