Responsibilities

• Lead internal and executive communications for Moody's Analytics, aligning messaging with business strategy
• Own the internal and executive communications strategy including editorial calendar and cadence
• Draft leadership communications for senior executives: town halls, all-hands, talking points
• Partner with CEO and senior leaders to shape a credible leadership voice
• Design activations and visibility opportunities for the CEO across internal/external stakeholders
• Build multi-channel formats (intranet, newsletters, video, live events, toolkits)
• Measure engagement and refine messaging based on insights
• Collaborate with Corporate Affairs to ensure timely, compassionate communications
