Moody's Analytics in the United States seeks a Senior Vice President, Communications to lead the communications strategy for MA. You will own external and internal messaging, aligning product marketing, thought leadership and executive visibility for a matrixed, fast-growing organization.

You will build and lead a team, shape the market narrative for MA and work closely with MA leadership to inform and engage employees and customers, while advising senior leaders on positioning and reputational

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive communications experience and leadership in a fast-moving industry.
• Track record building external narratives and internal/executive communications at scale.
• Excellent judgment and senior-level advisory capabilities.
• Strong writing and editing skills; ability to translate complex topics into clear messaging.
• Experience operating in a matrixed global organization with influence beyond authority.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the communications strategy for Moody's Analytics, aligning product marketing, thought leadership and executive visibility into a single, coherent narrative.
• Lead external communications for MA's product suite, building media, analyst and industry visibility for key launches.
• Direct MA's internal and executive communications, including leadership messaging to the broader organization.
• Coordinate with MCO Reputation to ensure consistency with enterprise positioning.
• Build, manage and develop a team spanning internal, executive and external communications.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to MA's senior leaders on messaging, positioning and reputational risk.
• Partner with the Global Head of Communications and peers on enterprise-wide initiatives.
