Job summary

Moody's Analytics in New York seeks a Senior Vice President, Communications to lead the communications strategy for a fast-growing business. You will own external and internal communications, shaping narrative and visibility for MA products and thought leadership, while guiding the leadership team.

You will build a team, partner with MA leadership, and ensure messaging aligns with enterprise positioning across global markets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive communications experience, including leadership of a team.
• Track record building external narrative and internal/executive programs at scale.
• Excellent judgment and executive presence; autonomous in a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the communications strategy for Moody's Analytics to align product marketing, thought leadership, and executive visibility.
• Lead external communications for MA's product suite with media, analyst, and industry visibility for launches.
• Direct MA's internal and executive communications with the MA leadership team.
• Coordinate with MCO Reputation to align with enterprise positioning.
• Build and develop a team spanning internal, executive, and external communications.
• Set standards for quality, speed and judgment in communications outputs.
• Advise MA's senior leaders on messaging, positioning and reputational risk.
