Sprinklr is seeking a Director of Executive and Internal Communications to lead the company’s narrative, executive voice, and internal engagement. This role shapes leadership messaging, aligns strategy with communications, and builds a modern, AI-enabled, data-driven internal ecosystem that drives alignment, engagement, and trust.

The right candidate blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, has a strong POV, and a track record elevating leaders in fast-moving, tech-driven environments.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in strategic, corporate, or executive communications.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, and/or publicly traded companies is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record supporting senior executives in high-visibility environments.
• Experience building or scaling internal communications programs in fast-moving organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives, shaping voice, narrative and presence.
• Lead development of high-impact executive communications and major announcements.
• Translate business strategy into clear, authentic messaging and storytelling.
• Build and govern quarterly and annual communications plans with measurable KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across brand, HR, product marketing, and field teams.
