Qualifications

• 12+ years in executive, internal, corporate, or strategic communications.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced, complex organizations.
• Experience leading comms programs during transformation, growth, or organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop clear, authentic, and impactful communications.
• Lead creation of executive presentations, leadership messaging, and strategic communications content.
• Translate complex business priorities into clear narratives for employees and stakeholders.
• Drive consistency and alignment across executive messaging and leadership communications.
• Oversee Sprinklr's internal communications strategy and editorial planning.
• Develop programs that strengthen employee understanding of company strategy and performance.
• Manage and evolve communication channels to reach the right audiences.
• Champion employee engagement and feedback mechanisms for dialogue and alignment.
• Lead communications planning for major initiatives, leadership transitions, and milestones.
• Partner with leaders to support transformation initiatives with proactive communications.
• Shape and reinforce narratives connecting strategy, innovation, customer impact, and culture.
