Publicis Sapient in New York seeks a Director-Senior Director Client Partner to lead strategic relationships with top Financial Services clients, drive growth, and oversee delivery of transformative engagements across digital, data, and customer experience initiatives.

You will shape agendas with C-suite executives, manage multi-year transformations, and ensure profitable outcomes while advancing thought leadership and risk management. MBA or equivalent preferred; 12+ years in FS leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in consulting or Financial Services leadership roles
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
• Proven ability to originate and close complex consulting deals (> $10M annually)

Responsibilities

• Client Leadership & Growth: Own major FS accounts and drive multi-million revenue growth.
• Strategic Advisory: Provide insights on trends, regulatory changes, and AI/cloud opportunities.
• Delivery Oversight: Ensure engagements meet quality, timeliness, and outcomes.
• Thought Leadership: Represent the firm in industry forums and publish perspectives.
