Job summary

Capgemini/Sogeti is seeking a Client Partner to lead a portfolio of high-value accounts in the Detroit area. You will own client growth, executive relationships, and multi-disciplinary delivery of complex engagements to drive organic growth and client satisfaction.

The role requires a proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar accounts, offshore delivery experience, and strong collaboration with sales teams to craft winning proposals.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in client management of large accounts
• Proven track record with $5–$10M new business development
• Ownership of a $30M/year account, including executive relationships, delivery and financials
• 15+ years of offshore experience

Responsibilities

• Grow client relationships and lead strategic engagements with C-level executives
• Manage multi-dimensional engagements in a matrixed environment
• Drive revenue, profitability and delivery quality across accounts
• Collaborate with Sales to develop proposals and strategies
• Provide leadership to client teams and resources for productivity and excellence
