Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
- 10+ years in Automotive, Manufacturing, or related industries.
- Experience in client relationship management and consulting.
- Ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead account growth and client engagement across Automotive and Manufacturing accounts.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, IT, and Analytics.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and cross-sell adjacent services.
- Act as trusted advisor linking business priorities with analytics, AI, and digital transformation capabilities.
- Collaborate with delivery and account leadership to shape plans, proposals, and pursuits.
- Support workshops, value discovery sessions, and account reviews.
- Ensure expansion efforts align with client outcomes and long-term relationship health.
