Qualifications

• Five or more years of culinary experience in hospitality.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Food handler's permit as required by state law.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and comply with vehicle policy.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, develop, and manage assigned culinary staff; schedule hours and meals.
• Maintain monthly and annual budgets for Culinary Services and document spend.
• Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies, small wares, and tableware.
• Ensure purchasing standards and maintain vendor relationships.
• Ensure all food is prepared, stored, and served per standards and laws.
• Meet with residents/families to uphold high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with staff to deliver superior customer service and teamwork.
• Lead front-of-house and back-of-house to exceed expectations.
• Plan and execute Engage Life events, banquets, and theme meals.
• Coordinate with Community Sales to market the community.
