Atria Senior Living, Inc. in New York seeks an Executive Chef to lead day-to-day kitchen and dining operations in the community. You will drive hospitality, ensure resident satisfaction, and act as manager on duty when required.

This role requires 5+ years in culinary leadership, budgets, vendor management, and strong staff development. A valid driver’s license and food handler permit are required where applicable; health and safety standards are a must.

Competenze

• Five or more years of culinary experience in the hospitality industry.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Food handlers permit as required by state law and/or Company standards.
• Must possess valid driver's license.
• Must satisfactorily meet and be in compliance with Company motor vehicle policy standards.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen and dining operations.
• Hire, train, manage, and appraise staff; schedule hours and meals.
• Manage monthly and annual budgets for Culinary Services; document spend.
• Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and vendor relations.
• Ensure food safety and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with leadership and sales to market the community.
