Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Culinary Services leader to oversee day-to-day operations and staffing for the community's kitchen and dining venues.

You will supervise Culinary Services staff, plan menus with residents, manage budgets, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and compliance with health codes. Collaboration with the Community Sales Director will support engagement events like Engage Life.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of culinary experience in hospitality.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to drive.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operations and staffing for the kitchen and dining venues.
• Supervise Culinary Services staff including scheduling, assignment, and performance reviews.
• Meet residents and family members to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with the restaurant manager to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Ensure cleanliness and adherence to state/local health codes.
• Assist staff with various kitchen and dining room stations as needed.
• Plan menus with resident input and manage monthly budgets.
