You will collaborate with a dietician, manage budgets, and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety in a demanding healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lunch and dinner for residents at Jennings Notre Dame Small Houses.
• Plan nutritious, enjoyable menus with the Dietician.
• Develop and manage the Culinary Department budget and food purchases.
• Oversee meal preparation and service with focus on quality and presentation.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Foster positive relationships with residents and families.
