You will balance creativity with operational discipline, oversee purchasing, food safety, budgeting, and staff development, and collaborate with F&B leadership to deliver exceptional, consistent cuisine year-round.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in high-volume kitchen operations.
• Experience recruiting, training, and retaining culinary staff.
• Ability to balance creativity with structure in menus.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and cost controls.
• Excellent communication with members and management.
