Job summary

Invited is seeking an Executive Chef at the Brier Creek Country Club in Raleigh, NC. Lead all kitchen operations, design menus, supervise staff, manage procurement, and drive profitability while maintaining Invited’s standards and safety regulations.

You will collaborate with F&B and Event Sales teams to plan banquets, monitor food costs, and ensure outstanding dining experiences for members and guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years as an Executive Chef, supervising kitchen staff, managing cost controls, ensuring product quality and sanitation.
• Valid county food handler's and ServeSafe permits.

Responsibilities

• Plan meals and menus, aligning with guest preferences and events.
• Direct overall cooking and ensure quality, consistency, and proper presentation.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, and cost controls for food and labor.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train kitchen staff; manage payroll.
• Collaborate with F&B and Events teams for banquet planning.
