Invited's Centre Club Tampa is seeking an Executive Chef to lead all kitchen operations, crafting high-quality, creative menus and driving profitability while upholding health and safety standards.

You will supervise kitchen staff, manage food and labor costs, oversee procurement and inventory, and collaborate with F&B and events teams to deliver exceptional member dining experiences in a private club setting.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 3 years as an Executive Chef with kitchen leadership and cost controls.
• Valid county food handler’s and ServeSafe permit.
• Experience in private club or high-volume hospitality environments preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all kitchen operations and ensure high-quality, creative cuisine.
• Plan menus, set pricing, and oversee menu engineering worksheets.
• Supervise kitchen staff, training, payroll, and performance feedback.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, and cost control for food and labor.
• Ensure health, safety, and licensing compliance across the kitchen.
• Collaborate with F&B and Event teams for banquets and member events.
