Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Executive Chef for the dual-branded AC & Element Norterra Marriott. The role combines managing a high-volume F&B program across multiple outlets with a focus on profitability, brand standards, and guest experience.

You will lead kitchen operations, training, and menu strategy in a premier Phoenix property. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in executive-level culinary leadership, strong cost control, and familiarity with Marriott systems; Toast

Qualifications

• Three years as an Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a hotel or high-end restaurant.
• F&B experience in full-service hotels with multiple outlets and events.
• Experience with Marriott systems including Toast POS.
• Menu creation and pricing expertise is highly desired.
• Labor and food cost knowledge; ability to craft annual F&B plans.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations and banquet staff, ensuring service quality.
• Own menu pricing, creations, and seasonal menu strategy.
• Drive outlet profitability, banquet sales, and marketing with leadership.
• Ensure safety, training, and compliance across all kitchen staff.
• Lead hiring, training, performance reviews, and discipline when needed.
• Manage inventory, recipes, production schedules, and plating guides.
• Collaborate with Sales and Catering on special menus for events.
