Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Executive Chef for the dual-branded AC & Element Hotel Norterra in Phoenix. You will lead total F&B operations across front-of-house outlets, menus, and guest experiences, driving profitability and culinary excellence.

Candidates must have Marriott-brand hotel experience, strong cost controls, staff development, and a proven track record managing multi-outlet kitchens.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a hotel or high-end restaurant with at least $2M annual revenue.
• F&B experience in full-service hotels with multiple outlets and event spaces.
• Experience with Marriott systems and POS (Toast preferred).
• Ability to create and price menus; strong labor and food cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total F&B operations including servers, banquet staff, and outlets.
• Lead menu pricing, recipe standards and plating guides.
• Drive guest satisfaction metrics and brand touchpoints.
• Partner with GM to drive outlet profitability and events.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
