Qualifications

• Requires at least 4 years of progressive culinary experience; or a culinary graduate with at least 2 years in a hotel or related field.
• Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health rules, and liquor laws.
• Long hours required and ability to multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and food production for hot and cold stations.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Monitor food quality, portions, and cost controls; prepare daily production sheets.
• Train and develop kitchen staff; coordinate with F&B managers.
• Respond to guest feedback promptly and maintain high service levels.
