Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Toro Toro Executive Chef for its Miami property to lead all kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional culinary quality and profitability. You will manage the culinary team, oversee food safety, and drive menu development in a luxury, high-volume setting.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, cost-control discipline, and a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences at one of Miami's premier hotels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3 years as a chef or relevant kitchen experience.
• Degree or certificate in culinary arts is preferred but not required.
• Ability to carry out duties with attention to health, safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations and supervise culinary staff.
• Ensure food preparation, presentation, quality, and cost control meet standards.
• Train, schedule and coordinate with Sous Chefs and kitchen personnel.
• Adhere to health, safety, and local regulations and brand standards.
• Act as Executive Chef in the absence of the primary leader.
