The role emphasizes safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across all foodservice activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• High volume, complex foodservice operations experience.
• ServSafe certification is highly desirable.
• Proficient in menu development, food cost controls and presentation.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily culinary production and ensure food quality and presentation.
• Recruit, train, and develop onsite staff to exceed client expectations.
• Monitor and control budget, food and labor costs; maximize profitability.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across the kitchen.
• Collaborate on menu development and seasonal specials with suppliers.
• Maintain purchasing, receiving, and storage standards for all food.
