Morrison Living seeks an Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations, maintain a safe and sanitary environment, and guide culinary teams in delivering high-quality, home-style meals with care.

You will manage menus, standard recipes, and daily production while engaging with residents and staff. This role requires strong leadership, cost control, and a commitment to exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• AS degree or equivalent culinary experience required.
• Minimum 3+ years in progressive culinary/kitchen management.
• Extensive catering and high-volume operation experience.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Plans regular and modified menus per guidelines.
• Follows standardized recipes, portions, and presentation standards.
• Engages with residents and treats dining room as their home.
• Trains kitchen staff in food preparation, safety, and equipment operation.
• Runs upscale events and maintains daily dining program.
• Maintains cleaning and maintenance schedules; inventory control.
