Morrison Living in the United States is seeking an inspirational and organized Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, recruit and train staff, and deliver show quality food while managing budgets and safety protocols.

You will drive menu development with seasonal ingredients, supervise cooks, control food costs, and partner with clients to ensure resident satisfaction and high service standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Extensive catering experience is a plus.
• Hands-on chefs experience required.
• ServSafe certification - highly desirable.
• Computers: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary production and ensure food quality.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards.
• Develop menus using seasonal ingredients.
• Supervise cooks and staff.
