Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as Executive Chef overseeing kitchen staff.
• Experience with cost controls and maintaining sanitation standards.
• Valid county food handler’s permit and ServeSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan meals and set menus aligned with guest needs and events.
• Manage food and labor costs within budget.
• Oversee procurement of ingredients and kitchen equipment.
• Lead and develop kitchen staff to ensure quality and safety.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
