Job summary

Invited is seeking an Executive Chef to lead all kitchen operations, delivering high-quality, creative culinary experiences that align with Invited’s standards. You will plan menus, supervise staff, and manage procurement and costs to drive profitability while maintaining safety and sanitation. Collaboration with F&B and events is essential.

The role emphasizes leadership, menu engineering, and strong communication with department heads to ensure exceptional dining experiences across clubs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years as an Executive Chef with experience supervising kitchen staff and managing costs.
• Valid county food handler’s and ServeSafe permit.

Responsibilities

• Plan meals and create menus based on guest preferences and events.
• Direct overall cooking, ensure quality, portions, and garnishes meet standards.
• Oversee procurement of food supplies and kitchen equipment.
• Manage food and labor costs within budgetary guidelines.
• Schedule, supervise, and train back-of-house staff.
• Engage with members and collaborate with F&B and Event teams.
