Compass Group USA is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations in a dynamic, high-volume environment. You will lead menu development, ensure safety and sanitation, and direct food preparation in line with corporate programs and guidelines.

This role demands hands-on culinary leadership, strong supervision of staff, and a focus on quality, cost control, and guest satisfaction. Compensation includes salary, medical/dental/vision, PTO and 401K.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience
• A.S. or equivalent experience
• Extensive catering and high-volume kitchen operations experience
• Hands-on chef leadership and staff training
• Knowledge of food cost controls, sanitation, and presentation
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
