CCL Hospitality Group is seeking an inspirational Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, including recruiting, training and food preparation. The Executive Chef will showcase culinary talents through show quality food with personal involvement and staff development, while meeting monthly budgeted targets and safety standards.

You will drive menu development, source fresh ingredients, supervise cooks, ensure health compliance, and deliver exceptional resident and client satisfaction

Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience in culinary leadership.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Extensive catering and high-volume foodservice experience desirable.
• ServSafe certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary production, ensure food quality, safety and cost controls.
• Provide menu development direction and seasonal specials.
• Supervise cooks and staff, conduct training and performance reviews.
• Monitor purchasing, receiving and storage; maintain standards.
• Manage budgets, labor and food costs to meet objectives.
• Deliver exceptional resident and client satisfaction through service.
