CCL Hospitality Group, part of Compass Group USA, seeks an inspirational Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, recruit and train staff, and deliver show-quality meals. You will manage food quality, safety protocols, and cost controls while empowering onsite teams to achieve client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include menu development, sourcing, budgeting, and promoting hospitality excellence across the community dining program.

Qualifications

• BA in Culinary Arts preferred; candidates with 10–15 years of culinary experience will also be considered.
• Multi‑unit leadership — Experience managing up to 2 kitchens simultaneously.
• Financial acumen — Strong budgeting, cost control, and operational leadership.
• 10 years of full‑time production and team management experience.
• Knowledge of food trends, production, sanitation, and presentation.
• Computer literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; internet savvy.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary production; ensure food quality and presentation.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise cooks and staff; monitor performance and training.
• Develop menus with local ingredients; create specials.
• Monitor food costs, purchasing, and inventory controls.
• Maintain equipment and kitchen facilities; ensure consistent quality.
