Compass Corporate is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee all culinary functions for a dining account in a high-volume environment. You will lead a team, ensure safety and sanitation, and drive menu development and inventory management.

You will implement new culinary programs in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams while maintaining cost controls and quality standards across operations.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred.
• Three to five years of culinary management experience.
• High volume production and catering experience essential.
• Experience managing cost controls.
