Immanuel is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our culinary program at The Landing in Lincoln, NE. You will oversee menu development, purchasing, inventory, budgeting, staffing, scheduling, training, and team development to deliver exceptional resident dining experiences.

The role demands a hands-on leader who can build a high-performing team, ensure food quality and safety, and collaborate with dining room leadership to create engaging dining options.

Formación

• Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts or trade/vocational school degree in Culinary Arts is required.
• Three (3) years of experience as a chef is required, with executive chef experience preferred.
• One (1) year of managerial experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all aspects of the culinary program and resident dining experiences.
• Oversee menu development, purchasing and inventory management, budgeting, staffing and scheduling.
• Train and develop the culinary team to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
