Immanuel is seeking a Regional Culinary General Manager to lead daily dining operations across multiple communities from the Immanuel Home Office in Omaha and nearby sites, ensuring resident satisfaction and safety. You will coach culinary teams, manage budgets, and ensure food safety and regulatory compliance while collaborating with the home-office culinary team to deliver best-in-class meals.

This on-site role requires a culinary degree, managerial experience, and ServSafe and BLS

Competenze

• Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts required; advanced degree/cert preferable.
• Three years chef experience and one year managerial experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification and BLS certification required.

Mansioni

• Lead daily operations across dining venues and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Coach and develop culinary teams; manage budgets and inventory.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation standards and regulatory compliance.
