Job summary

Eurest USA is seeking an Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations in a high-volume corporate dining program in Sacramento. You will oversee meal preparation, ensure safety and sanitation, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality meals.

Preferred candidates have 3–5 years of progressive kitchen management, an A.S. or equivalent, and catering experience; strong cost controls and menu development. ServSafe certification and Microsoft Office proficiency are highly desirable.
