Lettuce Entertain You is seeking an Executive Chef for our Las Vegas location on the Strip. The role leads BOH operations, develops seasonal menus, and drives food cost control while mentoring hourly and management teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Executive Chef experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and develop teams.
• Skilled in managing BOH systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize BOH operations and food cost control.
• Lead hourly and management teams while embodying our Culture of Caring.
• Develop seasonal menus in collaboration with divisional leaders.
• Ensure BOH training aligned with divisional trainers and chefs.
• Conduct quarterly audits of BOH procedures and systems.
• Partner with chefs to purchase food and supplies.
• Maintain recipe books with GM and chefs.
• Interview, hire, onboard, and mentor BOH staff.
