Lettuce is hiring a Sous Chef for the Las Vegas Strip location. The role requires 2-3 years of sous chef experience in a full-service restaurant, with responsibilities covering BOH operations, inventory, and staff supervision.

You will lead line checks, collaborate with management, and ensure quality across all menu items. Competitive salary in a range of 55k–75k USD plus benefits including health and 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Run BOH shifts and oversee food prep, inventory, and kitchen operations.
• Lead BOH pre-shift meetings, line checks, and tastings.
• Maintain recipe books with management.
• Monitor food cost and coordinate FOH-BOH communication.
• Hire, onboard, train, and develop BOH staff.
• Ensure teamwork and handle guest/vendor issues professionally.
• Work varied shifts across multiple sites including travel as needed.
