Beatrix Oak Brook, part of Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants, is hiring an Executive Chef with 5+ years in a full-service setting. You will lead BOH operations, develop seasonal menus, and mentor kitchen teams across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Executive Chef experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and develop teams.
• Skilled in managing BOH systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BOH operations and monitor food costs.
• Provide guidance and leadership to hourly and management teams.
• Research, develop and execute seasonal menus and new menu items.
• Ensure effective BOH training in collaboration with trainers and chefs.
• Conduct quarterly in-restaurant audit of BOH SOPs and systems.
• Partner with chefs to purchase and order food and supplies.
• Maintain recipe books and costings with management.
• Hire, onboard, train and develop BOH staff; promote teamwork.
