This role focuses on hiring, training, inventory control, and cost management to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary management experience, including prep-list planning.
• Experience in inventory, cost of goods, and financial control.
• Hands-on, high-volume kitchen environment experience.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations and culinary team to meet high standards.
• Delegate tasks and guide all kitchen staff.
