Job summary

WellBridge of Grand Blanc is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the Culinary Department in a skilled nursing setting. You will plan, organize, develop, and direct daily dietary operations to meet state and federal standards and ensure high-quality nutrition services.

You will manage the department budget, coordinate with other departments, and promote hospitality and exceptional service for residents and families.

Qualifications

• Certified Executive Chef with culinary degree and dietary management certification.
• Knowledge of dietary practices and regulations for nursing facilities.
• Excellent customer service with a team-oriented approach.
• Ability to plan, organize, and direct culinary programs for residents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Culinary Department.
• Coordinate culinary services with related departments.
• Develop and implement culinary services policies and procedures.
• Maintain department budget and forecasts with accurate records.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service to guests and families.
