Job summary

Qualifications

• Culinary Degree or certification; if certification only, must have 3 years' experience.
• Prior management experience is desirable.
• Must be able to operate a computer, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, hires, trains, and develops culinary employees under the Director of Dining Services.
• Plans and directs menus for resident meals, events, and catering.
• Manages budgeting for food and labor related to Culinary.
• Ensures safety, sanitation, and portion control standards are met.
• Maintains production records and schedules to ensure on-time service.
