Job summary

WellBridge of Grand Blanc is seeking a Culinary Concierge to assist residents and guests with menu explanations, taking meal orders and ensuring meals are served appetizingly. The role involves updating menus, printing production sheets, and collaborating with the RDN or Exec Chef on nutrition inputs.

This part-time position offers flexible 8-hour shifts, competitive pay, yearly increases, and extensive benefits to support staff and families living at the community.

Qualifications

• ServSafe and Allergen trained required or preferred.
• Starbucks Barista training is a plus.
• Knowledge of Bistro service concepts.
• Familiarity with food service laws, regulations and guidelines governing operations.
• Excellent customer service and communication with residents, guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, explain menu and ordering process for daily specials and Always Available Menu.
• Take meal orders from residents and guests.
• Record resident/guest preferences and collaborate with RDN or Exec Chef on Nutrition Management input.
• Print meal production sheets and tickets for each meal.
• Update daily dining room menus.
• Assist with serving meals and snacks following portion control and sanitary procedures.
