Hillcrest Commons Nursing & Rehab Center seeks an experienced Executive Chef to lead our dietary team in a long-term care setting. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, menu planning, food quality and safety, inventory, and staff supervision while coordinating with our interdisciplinary team to meet residents’ nutritional needs.

Qualifications

• Culinary leadership and kitchen management experience.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Experience with menu planning and large-scale food preparation.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Long-term care, healthcare, or institutional dining experience preferred.
