Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum eight (8) years of culinary experience in high volume facility producing meals for large events.
• Experience with HACCP and sanitation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop menus using current trends and seasonal ingredients.
• Inspect recipe compliance and quality control throughout production.
• Manage kitchen budget including labor and costs of goods.
• Hire and train kitchen staff and ensure Serve Safe compliance.
