Legends Global, a premier partner to world-class live events, seeks an Event Manager for The Oncenter in Syracuse, NY. You will plan, coordinate, and manage events, serving as the primary liaison among clients and facility departments to ensure flawless execution.

Responsibilities include supervising Event Staff, preparing cost estimates, and guiding clients through contract provisions to deliver exceptional experiences. On-site location with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• Minimum of two years management level experience coordinating events in a multi-purpose facility.
• Working knowledge of facility management, services, and equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Event Managers with on-site events.
• Meet with client groups to plan and organize meetings and events.
• Coordinate activities with service contractors for assigned meetings and events.
• Guide clients in preparation of events by explaining contract provisions and policies.
• Keep clients informed as to status of deadlines and room setup specifications.
• Directly supervise and assign tasks to all Event Staff.
• Communicate event details to internal and external contacts to ensure coordination.
• Prepare cost estimates and monitor final billing.
• Serve as primary liaison between clients and facility departments.
• Produce event orders and related diagrams and reports.
• Attend planning and facility meetings in support of operations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout planning and event.
